Nutritional yeast flakes (125 G)
100% inactivated dry yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae) rich in B complex vitamins, folic acid, zink and high in complete protein and natural fibre. Yeast flakes are gluten free, vegan and non-fortified. This nutty or cheese flavoured superfood is rich in naturally occurring vitamin B12 and as such is an essential part of healthy vegan diet. It can be added to various dishes like soups, salads, ready meals etc to add flavour and nutrients.
